Ever since I ran across Curious Elixirs, I've fallen in love with their blog. They have some of the best recipes and I highly suggest signing up to get their updates and latest recipes. This tangelo rosemary shrub recipe is one that I hope to try this weekend.
Their shrub recipes are so easy, and you can mix them with soda water later for a really refreshing drink. This recipe only calls for tangelo juice, sugar, rosemary and apple cider vinegar--that's it! The trick is letting the shrub sit in the fridge, covered, for at least three days to really infuse it with flavor.
