If you haven't heard, it's the last week for Starbucks' famous Pumpkin Spice Latte, so get yours while it's still here! In the meantime, you can always make a PSL at home, especially if you have a Skinny Girl mix on hand. I love these syrups and often suggest them to friends (I'm drinking one in my coffee right now), and their website has a bunch of great recipes you can make with them, too. This pumpkin spice mule, for example, only calls for four ingredients (and you really only need three if you don't have the garnish, although it does make it pop!).
I do love to implement real canned pumpkin pie filling, or just canned pumpkin with my own spices, into my drinks--especially if I want to make a rich latte. But these syrups are great to have on hand and have no added calories or sugar, which is also nice.
